All students need a proper environment for learning. Students who have any trouble in studying can perform better when they are provided with an ideal environment. They should be encouraged mentally and emotionally and should be made strong physically also. A good learning environment will enhance students’ learning and create a group of coordinated students and pleasant surroundings for everyone.

It is very difficult to create a perfect learning environment when the students are struggling mentally, socially, physically, and economically or facing any kind of abuse. Analyzing the characters of all the students will give us an idea of how to create the perfect learning environment. Also, talking to students daily will make each of them feel that they are personally important. In the classroom, charts with good quotes and messages can be hung up to encourage the students mentally. Appreciating the students for their work will motivate them positively. Separate space can be allotted in the classroom where each student can display artwork and showcase their talents. Every student must be treated with equal respect. A student who misbehaves should be given proper advice to make him realize his mistake rather than a punishment. The physical environment of the classroom can be improved by providing beanbags, cushions, and other furnishings and materials. The classroom should always be kept clean and tidy.

Teachers should remain consistent so that students can have a clear idea of their expectations. Students can perform many different activities such as taking attendance. The activities of a teacher will have an influence on the students’ actions. Hence, it is necessary that a teacher must behave well with the students, with the other staff, and with every human being. It is also a good idea to decorate the wall of the classroom with photos, posters and charts that contain information pertaining to the subjects being taught. The desks and chairs of the classroom should be arranged in a proper order. Students should be made aware of the rules and regulations of the class right from the start. This will ensure maintaining proper management. A good teacher should teach the students as well as learn from them.

Building a positive learning environment by following the above will make the students feel that they are very important and involved. Hence, they will be more interested in studying and will also actively participate in sports and other activities. Their self-esteem will also improve thereby creating successful students and a successful teacher.
