The Instructional Design Model is nothing but the manual in which instructions are given as to how a given task should be done to achieve the required goal with a stated level of accuracy. It is helpful for the designer to perform the tasks in a manner that can be easily understood. The instructional design model gives an idea of how to deal with the present situation to achieve the appropriate goal.

ADDIE is the process of forming a road map or a systematic model for learning. It is an effective training tool commonly used by professional trainers, instructional designers, and training developers. It is also known as Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or Instructional Systems Design and Development (ISDD). This method of training was developed after World War II especially for training the military.
