Kids Online Learning Games

hand-045

People of all ages love to play games. If you ask a child “Do you want to play or study?” the child will definitely answer, “I want to play.” Combining learning with playing produces good results. Such an approach is followed in play schools, which are becoming popular. When learning involves fun, children can grasp it easily and quickly. Because of this reason many kids’ learning games have been introduced. Online kids’ learning games are also available. GENDER DIFFERENCES IN EDUCATION

food-swt-026

Many people have come to ask themselves, are all children the same? If the answer is yes, then what makes a girl child fear her male counterpart in education? Could the society be playing a part in instilling fear among female children? If so, how exactly is the society doing so? What could be done to save the situation? At what age in the female child’s life is this corrective measure supposed to be instilled? These questions, together with some others, are going to form a basis of our argument in this article.

Educational Learning Theories

arct-072

Over the last few decades, the number of theories of how children learn has increased tenfold. These theories are not always based on quality psychological research, and can often conflict with each other, leaving today’s educators at a loss as to how to engage with each of their students. This article aims to introduce Neil Fleming’s VAK system, a very simple theory that outlines three very broad types of learning styles and how these can be incorporated into a classroom.

Competition in the Classroom

B04A0003

Things contributing to good competition in the classroom can include the size or design of the classroom itself. Size may refer to a particular number of students or pupils or the classroom’s dimension. A good leader will distribute the talents in each class into groups so that the competition is fair. Eliminating all competition is not going to prepare a student for the real world so incorporating a fair approach is the better adjustment to be made to accommodate those that are against competitive circumstances in the classroom. Also, when children or other students gather there is some natural likelihood for competing with others in the group.
