Instructional Design Theory
There are three essential components to successful learning; the instructional design theory, learning object taxonomy and the prescriptive learning material. Of the three components, the instructional design theory provides the structure and criteria in which various learning objects and prescriptive learning materials can successfully achieve learning goals. It provides a system of learning that is flexible and personalized. But while this concept is initially identified with the conventional classroom learning setup, this concept of learning is now predominantly viewed in its technological perspective.
